These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of makecobot.com and related public pages operated by MakeCoBot(“MakeCoBot,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Who may use the site
The site is intended for business and organizational use. By submitting an inquiry, you represent that you have authority to contact us on behalf of the organization named in your submission and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
What the website is — and is not
The website describes MakeCoBot’s approach, vision, and invitation to begin a cobot brief. It is informational. It is not an offer of products that are not yet available, not a guarantee of engagement, pricing, schedule, or results, and not legal, medical, financial, or investment advice.
No reliance on future capabilities
Statements about physical robotics, marketplaces, consoles, leasing, Robotics-as-a-Service, government-sector potential, or similar future directions describe intended strategy. They are not present commercial offerings unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Submissions and confidentiality
Briefs and messages you send must be accurate and sent with authority to represent your organization. You grant MakeCoBot the right to use submitted material to evaluate and respond. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or third-party information you are not permitted to share. Public-site submissions are not treated as a formal RFP or NDA unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts
- Probe, scrape, or overload the site in a harmful way
- Submit malware, spam, or deceptive content
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Use the site in violation of applicable law
Intellectual property
The MakeCoBot name, mark, site design, text, visuals, and original content are owned by MakeCoBot or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission, except for limited personal viewing and ordinary browser caching.

The site may reference third-party materials. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKECOBOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MakeCoBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from use of the site. Our aggregate liability arising from the site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify MakeCoBot and its directors, officers, and personnel against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by MakeCoBot’s willful misconduct.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from the site lies in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
